Without your understanding, your patience, and your tireless work on our behalf, our long-time dream of owning our own home would not be real.

Thanks to you, we are living proof that dreams do come true, and we are forever grateful.

Everything you told us, you backed up with actions. You made trusting you quite easy.When we first contacted you by filling out your form online, we received a quick email response from you.

We were surprised by a response on a Sunday night, and we were cautiously optimistic from our past mistakes and experience about getting our own home.As you may recall, mortgage brokers and loan officers had turned us down because of our terrible credit (middle score = 520) and our not having a big down payment.

We had tried everything and everybody we could think of to help us with getting our own home. We couldn’t decorate our apartment with our own colors or even hang our favorite pictures on the wall – no nail holes allowed.

Each month when we wrote out our rent check, we felt as if we were flushing our hard-earned money down the toilet. We weren’t paying for something that would be ours.

For $1400.00 a month, we weren’t even getting a nice apartment.

We wanted a backyard for Kayla; we wanted a real neighborhood; we wanted to decorate with our own colors; and we desperately wanted to drift off to sleep each night without having to put pillows over our heads to shut out the nightly “football” games being played in apartments below, to the sides, and above us, not to mention the car doors slamming shut all night long.

We were sick and tired of paying rent and living in a cramped apartment surrounded by loud neighbors and a rude property manager, but we were not going to repeat previous mistakes.As soon as we found your company’s website, we read every word, looked at all the “nice homes in nice neighborhoods” and read all the “success” stories.

We were psyched, but we were also cautious.

We didn’t want to be desperate and lose any more money. If you recall, prior to contacting you we had lost our previous down payment of $6,000 when an unscrupulous person offering a home for lease-option lied to us and had us sign a bad contract. We loved that house for the year we lived there and made all our payments and kept it so clean; we believed it was ours, and then he pulled the fast one on us when he realized it was worth more than he had agreed to sell it to us for.

We still had a bitter taste in our mouth from that experience, but we wanted out of our apartment.

When we filled out your application, we knew we were going to take it slow.

You never shied away from all of our questions, always responding quickly and in detail. You were so approachable.You told us exactly what the process would be. You even understood our concerns and gave us the Lease-Purchase paperwork early, encouraging us to take it to an attorney to have it reviewed. And you never pushed us.

Upfront, you told us that you would answer all of our questions by email or phone. If we chose to move forward and meet with you, you expected us to provide a check for $500.00 to be applied toward our down payment once we knew we were in a 60-day “buying” window.

We appreciated your straightforward, honest approach. And we understood your need to separate the “tire-kickers” as you called them from the “future homeowners.”

You were so pleasant and professional when we first met.

By that time we already trusted you, and that was big, but you sealed the deal when we met.

In a short time, we had picked our new home in a “nice neighborhood.” We love our home!

We’re still not entirely moved in, as we’re enjoying painting the walls with our own colors. Kayla loves the backyard and the new play set John installed. We’ve already met our neighbors and have been invited to dinner.

We love being so close to the Waterford Lakes Town Center – it’s awesome!

Mike, you’re awesome, and we are so happy. Without you and your company’s awesome rent-to-own program, we would not have this opportunity.

Oh, by the way, the same house as “ours” down the block just sold for $20,000 more than we paid for ours.

Everything sounded so good that we kept waiting for the big disappointment. After talking with him, we discovered we COULD afford that home.

 Local Family Beats Mistakes Made With Credit During College

God bless you. We never could have done this without you, and we will forever be grateful for your help, Mike.

Though hard to believe, we now have the exact home of our dreams. It’s a miracle.

We knew our credit was bad. We were working to improve it, but we couldn’t get a loan. We kept getting rejected.   Young Professional Couple Discovers Its Dream Home

Being a recent college graduate with credit issues, I found myself in a dilemma until I discovered aSOLUTION4you.

I recently moved to the Orlando area with my boyfriend. I received a job offer in the beginning of December 2003 around the same time my boyfriend received acceptance to a private University in the Orlando area. Needless to say, we both were due to start a new life in Orlando the first of January 2004.

I was very pressed for time and had to find us somewhere to stay immediately. Unfortunately, our family was split. We leased the apartment on a 7-month contract with the anticipation of moving to another apartment or house. During the fourth month of the lease, the search for the next place to stay began.

Through numerous websites, trips here and there, back and forth, phone calls w/ Landlords, our search did not prevail. All our efforts continuously resulted in the “Day Late/Dollar Short” response.

For the next several months, we began to realize that it would be better to buy than rent, but with both of us having previous credit issues, it became more of a challenge to make the next move. I started researching the cost of living, the current rates for a mortgage loan, realtor companies, and even the different types of loans and programs available for people with credit blemishes.

The ultimate solution was to Lease w/ the option to Purchase.

We actually got suckered into a scam and lost $1200 to a fraudulent company that promised us a home of our choice and price. They assured us that everything they said via phone could be documented in writing and sent via email, snail-mail, or fax. I don’t know if it was their professionalism or their sheer aggression toward the schemes and scams that have taken advantage of their field, but after the first conversation with Mike, we began to slowly let our guard down again.

After a few more brief interactions (and emails) with him, we were positive that he would be able to aid our situation.Since that time, he has met with me numerous times and has even met with the contractor(s) building our new home.

We managed to find a new construction neighborhood that exceeded our wants within a desirable area for a reasonable price. Now, my boyfriend and I will be re-united under one roof. I’ve already told a number of friends about how ASolution4You has helped us and how our dream has become a reality …

Single Mom With Credit Issues Becomes Future Homeowner

Being a single mother with credit issues, I thought that it was impossible to even think of trying to own a home.

My dream was to have a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. I’ve dreamed of having a big backyard for my son to play in. The Lord blessed me to come in contact with ASolution4You.
