A previous customer, extremely upset that his house had lanquished on the market for 182 days with another brokerage company, gave us the listing.

I don't think he expected much. Obviously, his house hadn't sold.

When Joe "...finally came around...," we sold his house.

Of course we want to sell your house. To sell your house, we must work together. This market presents plenty of challenge.
