How can I buy a home if I have bad credit?

With bad credit, you cannot buy a home the tradtional way with a bank or mortgage lender.

In today's market, you need a nearly perfect file and a middle score ~650. As such, there are no guarantees. In fact, if you have good credit and a great application file for the jumbo loan (that is, a loan $417,000 or more) you need, you may not (today at least) get your loan.

How much option payment do I need?

The amount of option (or down) payment depends on the price of the home your family desires. That is, the more expensive the home, the more down payment required.

Generally, the down payment averages 1-3% of your desired home's price. 100% of your down payment is applied to the purchase price.

Do you work with people low on required down payment money?

How do you qualify people for your Rent-to-Own program, and how long does it take?

How long does the process generally take before we can move in to our new home?
